About

The Auto Show Gala is an annual tradition that has raised more than $470,000 in endowed scholarship funds and celebrates the Northwood University International Auto Show and Homecoming weekend, bringing alumni and friends back home to Midland, Michigan to celebrate. The event caters to a sellout crowd of Northwood friends, alumni and community partners. With a new location (Midland Center for the Arts) AND new entertainment (Chateau Band) for 2018, be sure to join us for a night you’ll never forget!

Last year’s Gala set a record by raising more than $116,000 for endowed scholarships. Your sponsorship in 2018 can help us reach new heights and provide more funds to talented students who would otherwise not be able to attend Northwood University. A record night also sustains The Northwood Idea and our mission to develop the future leaders of a global, free-enterprise society.

In honor of the women whose ingenuity and talent created the first Auto Show Gala, net proceeds will benefit both the Northwood University Town & Campus Endowed Scholarship and the Alumni Legacy Endowed Student Scholarship.

Individual Gala Tickets

  • $175 per person - Live and Silent Auction (strolling dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing) Payment in excess of $145 is tax deductible
  • $60 per person - Auction 9:00 p.m.: late night ticket - drinks, dessert, and dancing - Guests will be seated at a table with other NU friends!

All guests that purchase an event ticket or sponsorship will be assigned to a table. A full table holds up to 10 guests.

*Presenting, Platinum and Gold sponsors confirmed by June 29, 2018 will be recognized in the invitation to be mailed in July. All other sponsors should be confirmed by September 3, 2018 to receive proper recognition in other printed materials. Many companies offer a matching gift program. Please check with your HR department and take advantage of this opportunity to help even more deserving students.
